Shopify SOS gives you up to one hour of practical support from an experienced Shopify Partner.

It is designed for problems that require investigation, testing, configuration or technical work but do not yet require a larger development project.

Shopify SOS can cover:

• Products or collections displaying incorrectly
• Navigation and filtering problems
• App configuration issues
• Shipping-rate problems
• Discount and checkout-setting problems
• Problems following a theme or app update

Start a Shopify SOS chat and send us your store URL, a short explanation of the problem and any useful screenshots or screen recordings.

We’ll assess the request first and confirm whether this service is appropriate before sending you the payment link.

This service purchases up to one hour of expert time. It does not guarantee that every technical problem can be resolved within that time.

If the work is likely to exceed one hour, we’ll stop, explain what we have found and provide an estimate. Additional work is charged at £39 per hour plus VAT and will only be completed with your approval.

Please never send passwords or private login details. Where store access is required, we’ll request your Shopify collaborator code after payment.
